Birth Doula Services
What does this include:
2/3 prenatal meetings where we will go through any questions you have about birth, your birth plan, and make sure that we are both going into this experience aligned so that I can support and advocate for you in any way that you need!
I will be at your birth as your support person to help you move through this journey!
I am always around to answer any questions through text as well!
1 postnatal meeting after you have your baby!
Postpartum Doula Services
What does this include:
At least 2 months of postpartum assistance
Overnight assistance if you would like that
Help and education on changing diapers, feeding (chest or bottle), positions to hold the baby, soothing, products and more.
Meal prep so mamma can be well nourished during this period.
Minimal cleaning of the space or baby products to allow you to rest
